- 1994 — Origins
Founded around SAP delivery
Phoenix started as a SAP delivery house serving Egyptian enterprises through the early adoption of R/3. The founding team spanned finance, controlling and manufacturing — and set the tone: every consultant an implementer, every implementer accountable to production.
- 2004–2014
Regional expansion
The practice extended into Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait as SAP became the enterprise standard across the GCC. HCM and SuccessFactors matured into a dedicated practice; procurement work built out on Ariba. Government references anchored across the region.
- 2015–2020
Cloud-first pivot
Phoenix committed to AWS-led delivery. SAP on AWS became the commercial center — including migration, greenfield RISE deployments and the modernization work around them. Landing Zones and cloud posture were codified into the delivery method.
- 2021 — Present
Data & AI on the same core
The Data & AI practice launched — Enterprise Data Platform, Document AI, GenAI and Applied AI — riding on the SAP + AWS core the region already runs. Case studies now span pharma, real estate, ports and public sector.
